I am not telling just Forte dei Marmi because I’ve
been around Versilia known as the fashionable region of Tuscany. Have you ever been ? If not I
totally recommend it !
The "historical Versilia” consists of four
common places: Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Seravezza & Stazzema. The
house of my friend, that we stayed for these 2 days, was in Pietrasanta.
Pietrasanta is a small beautiful city with beautiful
restaurants&bars all around and its full of art. They call it as the “Piccola
Atene” = “ Small Athens” because it reminds the street of the historical center
of Athens.
When I first arrived, and I didn’t know that they call it like that, immediately
came to my mind Greece.
Not particularly Athens
but Greek islands.
I didn’t have a lot of time to explore everything on
it but I definitely explored its beach. So yesterday really early in the
morning we ate our homemade breakfast in the flowery yard of the house and then
we went directly on the beach. There is a really big road that connects all
these areas of Versilia and it’s the road with all the beaches. So for those that they are really picky they are many many beaches in
your choice.
We chose a really beautiful one with white décor and small palm
trees! So cute!
It was a really relaxed day and the weather was
brilliant. While I was sleeping in a really nice mood hearing the waves and with
a little breeze.. an aircraft came for a war!!!
It was like that (!) when I first heard it. But then I realized
that I totally forgot that it was the “Frecce
Tricolori”!!
Frecce Tricolori is an event that happens every year. Is the aerobatic
demonstration team of the Italian Aeronautica Militare with nine aircraft and
a solo(one) that are doing acrobats, using beautiful colors on the sky and
flying really close to the sea !!
It was JUST a m a z i n g !
After that we went back home we ate homemade italian food
from the mom of my friend and we returned back all together in Florence. So
from today back to life…back to reality ! Bacioo
